Community Donation & Sponsorship Policy

Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping LLC is proud to support our local communities through charitable giving, sponsorships, and donations to nonprofit organizations, youth programs, schools, churches, community initiatives, and fundraising events.

As a locally owned business, we believe in giving back and are honored to receive many requests each year. In fact, Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping contributes significant financial support annually to local causes and organizations. However, due to the large volume of requests received, we are unable to fulfill every donation request.

To ensure fairness and consistency in our giving process, all requests will be reviewed according to the following guidelines:

Donation Priorities

Priority consideration may be given to:

Current clients of Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping LLC
Nonprofit organizations, schools, churches, or community groups that are current clients
Requests submitted by existing clients on behalf of a nonprofit organization, youth sports team, school, church, or community fundraiser
Organizations and causes located within the communities we serve, including Springfield, Clark County, and surrounding areas
Causes that positively impact youth, education, healthcare, community improvement, and local families

General Guidelines

Please note the following:

Submission of a donation request does not guarantee approval.
Due to budget limitations and the high number of requests received, Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping LLC reserves the right to decline any request at its sole discretion.
Priority may be given to organizations and events that have an existing relationship with our company or clientele.
Requests should be submitted a minimum of 30 days prior to the event or funding deadline whenever possible.
Organizations may be asked to acknowledge sponsorship through event materials, signage, social media recognition, or other reasonable promotional opportunities when applicable.
Requests from current customers on behalf of schools, sports teams, churches, or nonprofits will be considered even when the receiving organization is not an existing client.
Preference may be given to organizations that support and do business within the local community.

Types of Support

Support may include, but is not limited to:

Monetary donations
Event sponsorships
Silent auction or raffle items
Youth sports sponsorships
In-kind services or materials (when appropriate)

Exclusions

While every request is appreciated, Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping LLC generally does not provide donations for:

Individual personal fundraising efforts unrelated to an organization
Last-minute requests when funding has already been allocated
Organizations or events outside our service region without a local connection
Multiple donation requests from the same organization within the same calendar year (exceptions may apply)

To be considered, all donation and sponsorship requests must be submitted using the Gillam Lawncare & Landscaping Donation Request Form below.
